NE RFCA builds, maintains and invests in the Reserve and Cadet estate across the North East.
The dedicated Estates and Facilities team works with over 120 approved contractors and consultants to improve and expand the capability of the Armed Forces in the North East.
In all, the Estates team is responsible for more than 400 buildings and 880 assets, ranging from cadet huts to multi-million pound properties. These span the length and breadth of the region and provide Reserves and Cadets with the venues where they work and train to unlock their true potential.
NE RFCA is funded to maintain, refurbish and sustain the Reserve and Cadet estate. Staff carry out regular works on all aspects of the estate’s management, including: annual inspections, essential repairs, lease negotiations and health and safety compliance.
To find out more about the Estates team and their current projects contact our Head of Estates, Mark Quince.
