This important event provides our Gold Defence Employer Recognition Scheme holders with a valuable update on key Defence priorities, delivered directly by senior Single Service representatives. It also offers a fitting opportunity to recognise and thank our employers for their continued commitment and unwavering support to NE RFCA and the wider Armed Forces community across the North of England.
We were privileged to hear from an outstanding panel of guest speakers:

- Lt Col Andy Black, Head of Strategic Communication, HQ NORTH
- Gp Capt John “Geordie” Lawson, Station Commander, RAF Leeming
Their insights reinforced the vital role that our employer partners play in supporting Defence capability, resilience, and people.
A special mention must also go to Durham Constabulary Brass Band, whose superb musical performance added a brilliant atmosphere to the evening and kept toes tapping throughout!
