Aim
To establish MOD’s Cadet Forces as leading providers of voluntary, extra-curricular educational activity for teenagers in order to:
· Bolster the reputation of cadet forces and by extension, that of the Armed Forces and Defence
· Achieve a better understanding of benefits of cadets throughout UK society
· Obtain support from all parts and tiers of Government
· Create external funding opportunities
· Stimulate improved adult and cadet recruiting climate – mount recruiting surges
· Provide platform for any expansion
